Welcome to the Hamilton Ringette Association

Ringette is a Canadian game that was originally developed for girls and first introduced in 1963 in North Bay, Ontario. Ringette is a fast-paced team sport, played on ice. Players use a straight stick to pass, carry, and shoot a rubber ring to score goals. The sport has become one of Canada's favorite activities for females, with over 50,000 participants across Canada.

Summer Ringette Schedule

Here is the current Summer Ringette Schedule...

May 11 2008 and May 25 2008 at Mohawk Quad Pad

Division 1 Novice and lower 3:30-4:30

Division 2 Tween and Petite 4:30-5:30

Division 3 Junior and above 5:30-6:30

The ice schedule for the remainder of the summer sessions will be posted when we get the contract back from the city ice scheduler.

Referees Wanted

If you are;
* 13yrs of age or older
* looking for extra cash $$$
* like to challenge yourself
* enjoy being physically active
* want to get a better insight to the game

Become a Ringette Official

All you need are skates, black helmet, whistle, black pants and a referee shirt

We provide extensive training Referee’s Crest, Rule Books, Referee Clinics
